John Langer Consulting was formed in 2011 by construction professionals with diverse professional experiences but with the same goal: “the right combination of skills, communication, preparation and attention to detail, project teams will produce excellent results. John Langer Consulting can call on professional with over 100 years of combined experience in all phases of project management, working with construction contractors, architects, engineers and owners in North America and overseas.

In addition, John Langer Consulting has a staff of professionals that are available as required to meet a client’s specific needs.  All team members have over 15 years of experience and are available to support your project team.  Our strengths include planning, scheduling, establishing budgets, quantity surveys, bidding and bid evaluation, construction management, constructibility reviews, value analysis, change order tracking and claims mitigation.

The best project results are achieved when team members’ expectations are clear and an atmosphere of openness, trust and cooperation is established.  The owner, architect and contractor have the primary responsibility to establish this atmosphere.  However, our experience shows that even consultants with smaller roles such as constructibility reviews and value engineering, can have a significant impact on this working environment, and therefore must be sensitive to its existence when executing their tasks.  We strive to bring this sensitivity to both the performance of our reviews and studies and the communication of our observations.
